Health On-Call

Offers MD affiliation
Allows you to easily make appointments
Provides nurse triage for physicians after hours, weekends and holidays
Health On-Call links you with health care services at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center and other Regional Primary Care Services.
You can also fill out a simple Information Request Form, and a Health On-Call fully trained registered nurse will call you back or respond by e-mail.
You may also request an appointment online. However, you may want to first consult your primary care physician, who can help you decide which specialists to see. Some insurance plans may require this procedure. If your plan does not require a referral, you may want to consult our Physician's Referral Directory to select a physician.
We're here for you and your family. So call Health On-Call with any questions you may have about your health.
