Summer Volunteen Program

The Volunteen Program is designed for students in middle and high school, ages 14-18. The program runs June 22-August 14, 2009.
Volunteens must commit to volunteering 2 full days a week that are assigned and set throughout the summer from 8:45 am to 4 pm.
Volunteens are required to complete 120 hours of service each summer, in order to complete the program successfully and be eligible to return throughout the school year and/or the following summer.
Registration for 2009 Summer Volunteen Program is complete. Registration for the 2010 Summer Volunteen Program will begin in January 4, 2010.

Please complete each form included in the Volunteen Registration Packet and return in an envelope to Volunteer Services no later than 4 pm on March 13, 2009.
Forms included in the packet are as follows:
- Checklist for Volunteen Registration
- Volunteen Application Form
- Volunteen Recommendation Form (2 recommendations required)
- Volunteen Contract
- Volunteen Health Documentation Record
